About the IBF
The International BodyTalk Foundation (IBF) has been established to support the research and development of the BodyTalk System and the education the healthcare community and the general public.
The IBF fulfills its mission through two branches of programs: Scientific Research Studies and BodyTalk Access Outreach Programs.
Just about everyone connected with the BodyTalk System, developed by Dr. John Veltheim in the mid-nineties, has a set of remarkable stories of how this condition or that illness or injury cleared amazingly quickly following one or just a few BodyTalk sessions. To those who have experienced it, there is no question as to its effectiveness. And yet, BodyTalk and the whole concept of energy medicine are still new and strange to most people. Quantum physics and dynamic systems theory have laid the groundwork for scientifically understanding the impact of focused intent upon cellular biophysics. So the science of why BodyTalk works is becoming better understood every day. But the current medical model is not based on quantum physics. And in mainstream medicine, there is no substitute for clinical trials designed and conducted under specific conditions to document whether or not any new drug or therapy or technique is effective or not.
The IBF, in its mission to gain widespread acceptance for the BodyTalk System, wants to fund clinical trials and research studies that will document BodyTalk’s effectiveness.
BodyTalk Access is a program that takes five of the most commonly used techniques from the BodyTalk System and simplifies their use so that anyone can learn them and use them as a daily health maintenance program. Since the inception of the BodyTalk Access course in 2005, more than 10,000 people in over 30 countries have taken the one-day class. And the positive, sometimes spectacular, results from using these five techniques has been emphatically demonstrated time and time again. Dr. Veltheim’s new book, BodyTalk Access: A new path to family and community health, includes several testimonials from patients and practitioners who vouch for the effectiveness of the Access program techniques in regular health maintenance as well as in first aid emergencies.
The IBF’s goal is to bring BodyTalk Access to those who do not have access to affordable healthcare of any kind. We believe that the Access program can serve to alleviate many of the day to day health issues that the average family faces. If we can put an Access technician into every household, we are convinced that the overall health of families and communities will be enhanced and maintained at a level that will free up the strained mainstream healthcare systems to deal with the severe emergencies and complex health issues they handle best.
