John Veltheim, President
The founder and developer of the BodyTalk System, Dr. Veltheim is a chiropractor, traditional acupuncturist, philosopher, and teacher. Born in Australia, John was a martial arts instructor for 10 years and has a long history of involvement in human potential studies. He has served as a board member for the Chiropractic, Naturopathic and Acupuncture professions in Australia. John wrote the curriculum and served as the Principal of the Brisbane College of Acupuncture and Natural Therapies for five years and was Chairman of the Federation of Australian Acupuncture Colleges.
His extensive post graduate studies have included applied kinesiology, bio energetic psychology, osteopathy, sports medicine, counseling, comparative philosophy and theology. John developed the Mindscape system as a tool to enhance the functioning of the mind. He also developed a system of lymphatic drainage and rehabilitative acupuncture. John has written several books on Acupuncture, Reiki, and BodyTalk and has specialized in incorporating dynamical systems theory into the medical model and energy medicine. His new book, BodyTalk Access: A new path to family and community health, emphasizes the benefits of the BodyTalk Access program as an inexpensive health maintenance program

Esther Veltheim, Vice President
Esther was born in England, but in her teens set out on travels that were to take her worldwide for the next twenty plus years.
She has a background in linguistics, structural integration and various energy systems and is the author of Beyond Concepts – the investigation of who you are not and Who am I? – the seeker’s guide to nowhere. In 1990 she founded the BreakThrough System.
Esther offers advanced BreakThrough trainings internationally. She is now based in Sarasota, Florida where she continues to write and gives ongoing teacher training programs.
To Esther the IBF symbolizes the springboard to realizing our dream of BodyTalk Access being used by someone in every single family worldwide by the year 2020.
Dr. Monique L. Ring, Treasurer
Monique is responsible for the financial reporting systems and business controls at IBA. She has extensive experience in manufacturing and healthcare management and promotes a cohesive customer service work environment. Monique also has taught Accounting and Business Administration at several local universities. In her off-work hours, Monique spends her time with her husband and three children. In addition, she is an active member in the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Venice, Florida, and works with the Girl Scouts of Gulf Coast Florida.
Chris Veltheim, Secretary
Chris has a Bachelor of Business degree, with concentrated studies in Management and Marketing. Chris currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer with the International BodyTalk Association (IBA). Since beginning his involvement with the IBA in 2001, Chris has developed an intimate product knowledge and deep understanding of the BodyTalk philosophies and principles, providing him with the base to provide support in creating a global healthcare solution with the International BodyTalk Foundation.
